RPCS3 - Major Speedup | Multithreaded Shader Compilation

Thanks to kd-11, RPCS3’s shader cache can now be compiled across multiple CPU threads! This massively reduces the time needed to resolve graphics when a game is first booted up without any pre-compiled caches. The user experience for first playthroughs with games that have a lot of shaders is significantly improved. Even going from using 1 thread to 4 for shader compilation provides a huge improvement.
