Solving Class III deep bite with Invisalign｜【Chris Chang Ortho】709

When treating CIII deep bite cases without bicuspid extractions, installing anterior BTs in the pre-aligner stage isn’t always necessary. In this presentation 3 cases are featured to highlight the importance of early use of BS screws, CIII elastics and to leave L8 until refinement. 以CIII深咬但未拔除雙側小臼齒的案例來說，不一定需要在開始隱形矯正前就使用前牙BTs。本篇利用三個案例來說明，在早期植入BS骨釘，合併使用CIII橡皮筋，以及等到refinement階段才開始處理L8，是成功治療的三大關鍵。
