PS22 Chorus sings “Missile“ for IAMX

http://instagram/theps22chorus One of my personal favorite artist visits was from Chris Corner, the brilliant mastermind behind IAMX (also of The Sneaker Pimps)! I fell so deeply under the spell of his music when I first heard it heavily featured on How to Get Away With Murder. And he in turn apparently fell under the spell of the kids’ when he heard them cover of his song, “Volatile Times,“ back in 2017. And in 2018, after featuring the PS22 Chorus cover of his song “Mile Deep Hollow“ on the official single release (available on iTunes, Amazon, etc.), it seemed inevitable that eventually our two respective acts would have to come together in person. And here you have it. We performed 3 of his songs for and with Chris upon his visit and this was the first. I love the song, I love the harmonies, and I love the man of the hour, for not only honoring us with his presence but for his unmistakable genuine respect for the children. He really showed up with the sole intention of hearing them in person and just to take in the experience. It was a beautiful moment and the kids did me proud on the arrangements.
