Dhun Mishra Gara - Bansuri and Sitar Jugalbandi

Raga Mishra Gara is a very popular folk Raga in Indian music, with a wide ranging songs in lighter forms - from the famous Bhajan Raghupati Raghav Rajaram to several film songs such as Mohe Panghat Pe Nandlal Ched Gayo Re and even the title music of famous Bollywood movie from yesteryears - Pakizah. Here Raga Mishra Gara is rendered in a Jugalbandi (duet) between Bansuri played by Prasad Bhandarkar and Sitar played by Prasad Jogalekar. They are accompanied on tabla by Satish Tare and Sudarshan Siddhaye.
