Super vibrant Sunset Painting Walkthrough!

Michaels Craft Stores gave me an awesome art prompt that I could not turn down! They challenged me to “Color Like Never Before” and use brights and rainbow palettes to make this brand new painting! This was a really fun challenge for me particularly because I’ve been really focused on color in my painting practice recently. I decided to let go of my perfectionist tendency to go realistic and just focus on making this piece as vibrant and fun as I possibly could. I brought the saturation way up on my colors and ended up with this rainbow inspired sunset painting using both oil paint and acrylic paint on an Artist’s Loft Canvas.
