welcome to my second workout video since the re-launch. I would love to hear your comments and feedback.
This workout is not time-based but is counted by repetition and sets. For the first part its approx 8 reps for 4 exercises. We take a 10 second break and than for part two it’s 1 set of 4 exercises for each leg. Each exercise is 32 reps.
If you have ankle weights or resistance bands at home I recommend to use it but don’t
