This is basically the story of how The Doctor and Rose went on with their lives after she got trapped. They were both depressed and always trying to find a way back to each other (the great escape). And then when the doctor is about to regenerate and tries to travel and see her he ends up in 2005, before they met. Rose walks away unknowing, and The Doctor, close to changing into 11, begins to hallucinate about their first Christmas together. I’ll right more later. So
