2023 World Gymnastics Championships - BB Medals Contenders

These are the gymnasts that have chances to get a medal on beam at the 2023 World Gymnastics Championships. The top 3 Chinese gymnasts, Qiu Qiyuan, Zhang Qingying, and Ou Yushan, are the favorites to win gold if they hit the routines, as not only the have the highest D-Scores, when they are on, they allow for very few deductions. The 2021 world champion on beam, Ashikawa Urara, is also a strong contender. Simone Biles is also a top contender (if the Chinese hit she might not get gold, but if they don’t, she is the next top qualifier). Also the 2016 Olympic champion, Sanne Wevers, and the 2021 world champion, Rebeca Andrade, have chances of winning a medal.
