This is Suni Lee’s potential vault program for her return to elite gymnastics in 2003. Sunisa Lee keeps her routines secret until she is ready to show them to the world, but here and there, she shows clips of some of the skills she is working on. She has trained all the vaults shown in the video at different points during her career, and she has competed one of them. This video has been created for educational purposes, to help you understand artistic gymnastics and to teach people about all the elements of this sport.
