Dr. G.D. Agarwal in ’Amrit Nectar of Immortality’

Interview with Dr. G.D. Agarwal at the Peolpe’s Science Institute (PSI) in Dehradun, India. Excerpt of the film ’AMRIT NECTAR OF IMMORTALITY’ . In this interview Mr. Agarwal talks about his relation to the river Ganges, and why he dedicates his life to protect the river. Dr. G. D. Agrawal (born 1932) is a respected doyen of environmental engineers in India. After a long career, he continues to teach and inspire students as an Honorary Professor of Environmental Sciences at the Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya Vishwavidyalaya, in Chitrakoot, Madhya Pradesh. He is notable for his successful fast in 2009 to stop the damming of the Bhagirathi River.
