Lesson 86: Muay Boran Inward Elbow-Knee (part 1)

This ancient Muay Thai inward elbow-knee can be thrown from the get-go as a way to bridge the gap from outside. Normally, it can be thrown when your opponent does not expect this type of attack. You can also set this up with your other strikes such as punches and kicks, then throw the inward elbow-knee when least expected. This technique is useful in both martial arts sport and self-defense applications.
