Who is Mr. Khodorkovsky? EVIDENCE OF WAR CRIMES. Akhmed Zakaev

Mr. Khodorkovsky is definitely a War Criminal. Not only did he directly participate in the war against the Chechens, in which he was forced to admit in his last interviews. In addition, Mr. Khodorkovsky is mentally ill person. And his disease is called FASCISM. In particular, he does not hide his biological hatred of the Chechens. Even after leaving prison, in his first interview with Evgenia Albats, the New Times, in December 2013, he stated that he was against granting independence to Chechnya or any other oppressed peoples, because their lands are “conquered territories by Russia,” that is, they are now belong to fascists like Khodorkovsky and, accordingly, do not have the right to Self-Determination and that, if necessary, he himself is ready to pick up a machine gun to protect Russia from encroachments on Russian lands by the Chechens. Even Evgenia Albats was shocked by such manic categoricalness on the part of Khodorkovsky. In addition, Mr. Khodorkovsky, from the very beginning of the Act of Annexation of Crimea, stated that Crimea must remain part of the Russian Federation and continued to insist on his position until the very start of the full-scale Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine in February 2022! Mr. Khodorkovsky is a dangerous man for Europe, because he, de facto, does not recognize European values. To justify Russia’s wars against the Chechens and his personal participation in it, Khodorkovsky maniacally spreads propaganda lies against the Chechens. In particular, he accuses the Chechens of genocide against ethnic Russians, that the Chechens allegedly expelled the Russians from Chechnya, took away their homes, property and, in connection with this, the Russian war against the Chechens, in which about 30% of the civilian population died and commitment of massive War Crimes by the Russians, was acquitted. However, Khodorkovsky cannot provide evidence of his false accusations. He cannot do this only because the ChRI authorities have never pursued a policy of persecution of either ethnic Russians or any other non-Chechen population. There is not and cannot be a single document, there is not and never has been a single statement of this kind - neither written nor oral - not only from representatives of the Chechen Government, but even from local authorities at ANY level! We do not even know of any officially registered political party or public organization that could allow such statements, since this would categorically contradict the Constitution and Laws of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria. The Chechen authorities have never stooped to the level of fascist Russia, where such fascist statements with threats of bloody reprisals against Chechens were carried out regularly, right up to calls by the leadership of the State Duma of the Russian Federation to drop a nuclear bomb on Chechnya. Mr. Khodorkovsky is a Liar, He is a War Criminal, He is a Dangerous man for society, for Europe, for the USA, because he does not respect Human Rights, does not respect International Law. Even Boris Yeltsin, the first President of Russia, who started the first war against the ChRI in 1994, who was provoked into such a war by people like Khodorkovsky, after a while - at the end of his life - twice admitted that the war in Chechnya was his main mistake in his political career. And realizing the terrible injustice on the part of Russia in relation to the ChRI, Boris Yeltsin on May 12, 1997, signed the historic Peace Treaty with the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, which, judging by their fascist statements, is not recognized by people like Khodorkovsky! However, Mr. Khodorkovsky turned out to be much worse than Yeltsin.
