All for One, One for All (Cymatic Version 1) - PaDiRo

This is a little composition made with the software Max MSP. There are only sixteen sine oscillators which operate between 20 and 2000 Hz in additive synthesis. The basis phenomenon of the piece is the passage of pure tones back and forth form the harmonic to inharmonic sound and vice versa. This happens positioning the frequencies to the multiple of an arbitrary fundamental and then moving them away from this series toward other numbers which have respectively different ratios.
