Hi guys! This has been my most requested video. It took me about a year to lose all of the weight I gained during my second pregnancy. For me to lose this type of weight, it always takes a lot of effort, prepping and planning. I like to be honest about that. Real weight loss takes work! I never want to perpetuate the idea that we must ’bounce back’ after having children but I have to say that when I got back around my pre pregnancy weight, I felt so much happier and more like myself. Losing this weight and becoming the strongest version of myself has been a long journey but I feel so amazing now. I like to keep my meals really simple, easy and ready to do.
