This is my FASTEST way to get the FULL SQUAT! These are SQUAT PROGRESSION EXERCISES that can get you to achieve the FULL SQUAT POSITION as FAST as possible! This short WORKOUT can help you to gain the mobility and flexibility required to get the full squat in the fastest time.
