The Rubberband – Movement Breakdown (Acrobatics, Dance, Movement Practice)

While this one might not appear very flashy and probably ain’t a pattern that many would be drawn to: the Rubberband (call it like you want to) is a great and relatively easy to learn move that - is quite fun once you get the timing and hang of it - improves mobility, strength and coordination for many acrobatic moves - strengthens body in various ranges even if you’re not into acrobatics.. - is probably easier for people with longer arms (like myself, ha!) If starting from the floor seems to hard, watch the full video (..) and learnt to do it on elevation first.
