◾UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Monday demanded an urgent humanitarian ceasefire as he described Gaza becoming a “graveyard for children“ while speaking to reporters at the UN headquarters. ◾The UN chief also used his speech to demand Hamas to return Israeli hostages and paid tribute to 88 UN employees killed by Israel in Gaza. ◾Separately, at least 150 health workers have been killed in Gaza – 16 while on duty – and 18 emergency-service workers for Gaza’s civil defence, according to the UN.
