Try this Kettlebell and Bodyweight Workout!

For this session you’re going 20 seconds on/5 seconds off. An interval timer would be very helpful. 1. Leg Driver 2. Kick Throughs 3. Alternating Dead Clean 4. Alternating Cossack Squat --REST 60 seconds and repeat. Hit 6 rounds with a weight that will be challenging, but not impossible!
