At Home Cardio Workout with No Equipment (NO RUNNING REQUIRED!!)
This cardio workout for women has only 5 exercises. For each of the moves in this bodyweight cardio workout, you’ll do 10 seconds before moving directly on to the next with no rest, repeating each of the moves in the no running cardio workout for 2-3 minutes.
After that first round you can rest for one minute. If you are a beginner you should try to do this at home cardio workout with no equipment for 2-3 rounds. If you are more advanced shoot for 4-5 rounds of this no equipment cardio workout.
