Swing and Shuffle Rhythms

I was wondering if you could please do a lesson on how to play written music that is instructed to be played in, “Swing Feel,“ as this is something I can’t get my head around. Kind regards. Mike -- England A). When a piece of music is to be performed, “Swung,“ it means that pairs of written eighth notes are not to be played equally. It comes from the concept of how a rhythm in styles such as jazz and blues can be swung rather than played in an equal increment. The first note of each of these pairs of eighth-notes are understood to be twice as long as the second. Implying a quarter note eighth note under the triplet feel. In the video I run through how this actually sounds by playing several examples on the guitar.
