UNDERWATER WORLD | OCELLARIS CLOWNFISH #4K

The first episode of the Underwater World series has been released. In this episode we are watching Ocellaris Clownfish. Ocellaris clownfish is a small fish species that lives in coral reefs. It is a popular aquarium fish and is also known as “Nemo“, one of the main characters in Disney’s “Finding Nemo“ movie. The Ocellaris clownfish has a slender, oval body that is 3-4 inches (8-10 cm) long and has an orange color. It has three vertical stripes with white lines and black edges. Males are slightly larger than females and have a small protrusion called a “hump“ behind the first stripe. Ocellaris clownfish live in a symbiotic relationship with sea anemones. The long needle-like arms of the anemones prevent other predatory fish from harming the Ocellaris clownfish and in return, the clownfish clean up food scraps that are important for their digestive system. Ocellaris clownfish can be found in the reefs of the warm tropical waters of the Pacific and Indian Oceans. In aquariums, they can coexist with other fish, but due to their unique and interesting behavior, they are usually kept alone or only with other clownfish.
