This is a short walk in through Omoide Yokocho (Piss Alley) and Kabukicho in Shinjuku, Tokyo. I wanted to start off in Omoide Yokocho, because it’s one of my favorite areas for street photography at night. Although it looks great during the day, it’s best viewed at night. That’s when this area really comes to life. It’s a collection of some bars and grills in tight rooms. Then I walk to Kabukicho, which is the entertainment district.
