The Flight of Dragons [Don Mclean cover] by Lyric

Back in 1982, a cartoon called “The Flight of Dragons“ appeared on television. It was a story about the balance powers of life, healthy attitude to nature, about magic and, of course, about dragons. One of the crucial questions that this cartoon raises, is whether indeed people have chosen the righteous way of evolution and developement. Of course, it’s a fairy tale but a fairy tale that makes sense. This music video is an attempt to show how our planet looks in places where nature is abused by mining industry. Most of the shots were made in the metal industry centre of Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine. I’m no naive romantic and well understand that one cannot change the whole industry in a blink of an eye but I do believe that a change of our attitude to nature and all living beings is inevitable.
