Double Hammer Fist Strike to pressure points

This is an instructional clip taken from Sifu Steven Burton’s 1st Kung Fu self defence DVD series filmed in 2006. The clip teaches the use of Hammer Fist in a self defence situation. We use the hammer fist to strike the pressure points of the chest and drain the lungs of the energy. This will make the attacker collapse and allow the defender to escape or take control. This is an excellent technique which when done correctly will make your self protection much more effective.
