1973 - Sigmund and the Sea Monsters.

My favorite of the Krofft Saturday Morning TV shows. A story of two boys, Johnny (Johnny Whitaker) and Scott Stuart (Scott Kolden) who discover a Sea Monster named Sigmund (Billy Barty) who was basically kicked out of his home by his family because he didn’t want to frighten humans. Season one episodes revolved around the Sea Monster family trying to get Sigmund to move back home for whatever reasons. Season two episodes were basically the same except that Sigmund was now the master of a Sea Genie that lived in a shell (played by Rip Taylor). The first season was better.
