Technical + Cognitive Exercise ( Progression 1 )

It is extremely important to know how we get into the week properly coming back from a day off. In order for us( Goalkeeper Coaches) to maximize their potential, we want to control their work load / volume. Yet, we cannot waste any of our time on the field. We usually start from Hand Eye Coordination to wake their body/mind up. This is the Progression 1 exercise. ( Technical & Cognitive exercise ).
