Putin’s snub to Israel? Russia bonds with Palestine, offers cooperation to military organisations

The Russian Ministry of Defence has said that it is ready to develop a full range of relations with military organisations and special services in Palestine. The decision was taken as Russian Deputy Defence Minister Colonel General Alexander Fomin held talks with commander of security forces of the Palestinian National Authority Major General Nidal Abu Dukhan. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the X Moscow Conference on International Security. During the talks, the sides discussed topical issues of bilateral military cooperation and the current situation in the Middle East region, including Palestine.
