We are in Warsaw (Polish: Warszawa), the capital and largest city of Poland. Another walk ( ) covered the centre and old town and on this tour we walk a different route - further into the new town. This walking tour starts at the Palace of Culture and Science (Pałac Kultury i Nauki) which is a Soviet style building from the 1950s and with 237 metres also the tallest building in Poland. We continue towards the Złote Tarasy Shopping mall and the nearby Warsaw Central Station (Warszawa Centralna). From there we head through the New Town towrads the Old Town via the Chmielna Street and Nowy Świat. We pass the Frédéric Chopin museum as we enter the Royal Route (Trakt Królewski) with a number of historic landmarks.
