WHAT I EAT IN A DAY to build muscle

recipes: chocolate protein pancakes contain 40 g oats, 1 banana, 2 eggs, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 tsp cacao powder, bit of cinnamon natural pre-workout: 2 lemons, 1 chunk ginger & tumeric. if you use a blender, make sure to strain it dinner: boil potatoes, press them & put in the airfryer for 10 min or so.
