「ロックマンX DiVE」Rockman X DiVE — Chapter 5 (Cut-scenes) JP

Alternative title for this mess: VAVA, ViA, what the HECK. (UPD: I’ve noticed that I forgot to scroll this VAVA’s description just now. Woops. You can read the upper part here ( ) . I’m so sorry for doing this D:) We’re back to X1 stage. Is it good or bad thing? I’ll let you decide by yourself. This is Storm Eagleed’s (Storm Eagle’s) stage -- Airport (or Sky in localisation, I think). With zero eagles in it. Chapters begin to get smaller and smaller... but this is the first time I’ve actually needed a help to translate something here because I can’t do it alone and even english translation started to fall to X6 level of translation (or maybe .EXE games’ translation? Not sure, I didn’t play in any games). It’s not that bad, but it’s no good here for me. OK, summary: 1. RiCO-chan says that “Remember to have a good equipment! Stages begin to get harder and harder!“ or something like this, followed by a line that I can understand as “If you’ll forget how to play, you can get my help at the first stage of first chapter!“. And theeeen... 2. You wanted a dialogue before and after a sub-boss? Oh, you’re such a dummy, you’ll not get that ’cause this chapter’s are two Bee Bladers for the first chapter. RiCO does not comment this at all. Literally, this chapter has no dialogue until the last stage. 3. OK. What abomination is this? We have VAVA (from IHX, much like playable VAVA) in Brown Bear (Goliath) Ride Armor from X3... with VAVA V’s voice. He acts preety much normal I think, but... yay, I can finally hear that creepy voice from X8 again! So this thing has a barrier up. After some time, Glitch-sama appears and breaks this barrier, but he’s badly damages how. After restoring Player’s health, fight happens and then... happens that part where I needed the translation help. VAVA says that ViA (Glitch-sama’s name now apparently) had summon him here just to be destroyed, but he will be ressurecting again and again for us, Player-san, as we let him remeber his true mission. After this, ViA tells us what happened. He’s a control system of Deep Log that never had a proper name, but after this all corruption thing all of Irregular Data (’bugs’ as he called them) started to call him like this for some reason. ViA ’jokingly’ mocks RiCO and Player-san and goes back to the base to restore his body. I don’t believe ViA now just because of what he apparently did (I would say the same to RiCO because of Gacha system, but it’s not really plot-related, soooo). We just need to wait and see if he’s actually a bad guy (or corrupted good guy) or just a misunderstood character. (If anyone asks, yes, I knew that this VAVA abomination will be here and because I’ve already got First Armor X, I decided to kinda “replicate“ that scene from X1 at Sigma’s Castle where Zero sacrifyses himself to break VAVA’s barrier so X will be able to fight him.)
