Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection - Teleporter Circuit Z-Chaser in 1:49:90 (8th Place | Xbox One)

As of writing this, about a year and a half ago, I played through the entire Mega Man Zero series via the Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection. In it, there’s Z-Chaser Mode, in which you race against a ghost player in an attempt to clear a given stage first. One stage to get the Z-Chaser treatment was the Teleporter Circuit, the penultimate level of Mega Man Zero 4 and one that I enjoy for the music alone. After many attempts, I was able to land a spot on the leaderboard for the stage, currently ranked 8th as of November 24th, 2021. I’ve held the position for several months, now, so I wanted to share my record and a replay of my best attempt to date. As you can see, I can be a bit of a reckless Maverick Hunter with how frequently I get hit, but I am quite proud of the moments where I breeze through without much difficulty. I also love how the music synced up perfectly at some parts, such as jumping off of the blocks at 1:11 and the music picking up right at the boss at 1:25.
