Healthy breakfast | English recipe | Protein muffins and green plate

For protein muffin we need these ingredients: • 4 eggs • 4 tablespoons of natural yogurt or sour cream • 6 special spoons of protein powder • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder • Some raisins/dried apricots/cranberries or any dried fruits • Pudding or jam, but it is not necessary, because muffins will be sweety //Bake for 15-20 minutes, 180 degrees For green plate we need these ingredients: • 1 apple • 1 cucumber • 1 pepper • 3 radishes And for sauce we need: • 1 teaspoon of yellow mustard • 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt I really like to cook breakfast because it is my favourite meal.
