A new element of the future accelerator of the JINR VBLHEP (Dubna)

The electron cooling system will be used for the ion beam of the accelerator Booster (part of the future accelerator complex NICA). The cooling system is located on the 4th straight section of the legendary almost disassembled accelerator Synchrophasotron.
