German Shepherd won’t steal food from her little sister’s bowl

I put some food into Morgan the GSD’s big bowl and into Java the Maltese’s little bowl, but Java isn’t home today to eat her food. Nevertheless, Morgan won’t touch her little sister’s food. During this video, I’m avoiding eye contact with her and just looking at my camera the whole time so she doesn’t get clues from me.
