The Golden Age of Rallying (1958-1968) - 1975

This is a Ford Rallye Sport retrospective of the early days of rallying, presented by Stuart Turner. There are intervies with Peter Harper, Timo Makinen, Paddy Hopkirk and Roger Clark as well as other luminaries of the age. Footage of rallies from the late 50s, into the 60s illustrate the narrative. Turner wonders at the end if the 1970s will also be seen as a “golden age“.
