The 1970 Dodge Charger R/T 440 has been in Kurt Hepp’s family since 1976, and given to him for his 18th birthday. After the Mopar sat in a garage for more than 3 decades, Kurt and his wife decided to do a full restoration.
The 1970 Dodge Charger R/T is an original FC7 Plum Crazy Purple Mopar powered by its numbers matching 440 Big Block engine paired with a Pistol Grip Hurst shifted 4-speed. It is also optioned with the A33 Track Pak.
The 1970 Dodge Charger R/T 440 restoration was a long and very challenging process. With the help of family and friends, Kurt was able to assemble the Mopar exactly like it came from the factory 50 years ago.
