China issues Indictment Letter – Shocking Revelations / WW3?

Most important Document you will ever see. Has China just declared an ultimatum by issuing a Letter of indictment to the United States as a precursor to an official declaration of war?. There is a document that has apparently been released by China´s Ministry of Foreign Affairs which outlines everything that the US is doing unlawfully in the Eyes of China. It kind of reads like an accusation letter that can then be used as a justification for an official declaration of war. And even though I don’t want to endorse one dictatorship talking bad about another dictatorship, it seems quite remarkable that China has done this. If this document is actually real. I can’t really tell. Never in history was there a Country I can think of that did this without entering into a war with the United States. Let’s look into this from a neutral perspective.
