CHASING 6’s - FIVE OUTLAW ANGLIA CARS GETTING CLOSER

The Outlaw Anglia is a class for the Ford Anglia, Pop, Prefect, or Fordson, that can run a sub 11.5 second 1/4 mile. The rules include... - Body must be based on a ’Sit-up-&-beg’ style Ford : Anglia, Popular, Fordson or Prefect - Wheelbase maximum 101 inches with a front overhang of no more than 32 inches. - Driver must be seated to one side (No centre seat) - No flip-up ’funny style’ bodies. - No alteration of front windscreen angle. There are many cars that run in this series, and they all chasing the time set by John Willard from Australia - in his Aussie Outlaw, that set the new record of @ 201mph. Some of the UK racers are getting close with both Colin Millar and Simon Barlow running @ 197mph and @ 194mph.
