Join The Washington Post as Vice President Kamala Harris and former president Donald Trump face off in Philadelphia at the ABC News Presidential Debate. It’s the first debate between Harris and Trump, but the second presidential debate this year. A few weeks after the first, between Trump and President Joe Biden in June, Biden, who performed poorly, dropped out of the race and Harris became the Democratic nominee.
