It starts with each of us on an individual level, fighting an interior battle, holding the line every day, staying strong with triumphant thoughts and a victorious attitude. Get in the habit of VICTORY. Take hold of your fate. Actively ASSERT triumphant positivity and success. Use this track to relentlessly program your subconscious with messages of power, beauty, and strength. Listen every day for at least a month; repeatedly during the day or during the first hour of sleep (note: I do not recommend listening through REM cycles). Be consistent with the positive input and you will quickly see the results.
