S. Korea’s Army Special Forces start new year with winter training in cold weather

혹한 이겨내는 특전사, 갑진년 새해 첫 설한지 극복훈련 South Korea’s Army Special Warfare Command is starting the new year with cold-weather training. The Army said on Friday that troops began training on December 27th at Hwangbyeongsan Training Ground in Daegwallyeong, Gangwon-do Province. It will continue until January 5th with the Army looking to enhance special operation capabilities on snow-covered terrain through simulated battles between friendly and opposing forces.
