Lowe Alpine Airzone Pro 45:55 Hiking Backpack Review

The Lowe alpine Airzone Pro 45:55 Hiking backpack is a great multi-day/single day summit backpack. It comes into its own in hot weather - the tensioned mesh harness and curved back keep your back dry. I’ve included tips on the important features when buying a backpack, my rating and pics of me field-testing the Airzone Pro in alpine conditions, including Patagonia. It passed with flying coloura. Since filming this video I’ve noticed that the Lowe Alpine Airzone Pro 45:55 has beed replaced by Lowe Alpine’s Airzone Trek 45:55 Pack. It has almost all the same features I loved in the Lowe Alpine Airzone Pro 45:55, including the tensioned mesh harness and curved back for airflow. The capacity, weight and durable fabric are the same. It has an additional top access feature and useful kangaroo pouch, but no spider plate bungee - you could retrofit your own shock cord for extra storage (see my video re Pacsafe Venturesafe 45L EXP45 retrofit: ) - link for shock cord bel
