Cops Pull Over Female Drivers To Hand Out Flowers For International Women’s Day

In honor of International Women’s Day police officers in Russia didn’t give the women who they pulled over tickets, instead they were gifted with flowers. The unsuspecting female drivers who didn’t commit any violations were stopped and given bouquets. They also played games with cops.
