Uechi-Ryu / Shohei-Ryu Karate - Yakasoku Kumite Demonstration

Uechi Ryu / Shohei-Ryu’s Daiitchi Yakasoku Kumite. Filmed at the Garden Grove Okikukai Dojo sometime prior to 2005. I suspect this demonstration was videoed as a visual reference for the Okikukai-West Association back when Okikukai introduced Yakasoku Kumite to it’s Shohei-Ryu testing curriculum. Sorry for the video quality, this has been from 8mm to VHS to DVD and now to the Internet. Regardless, it’s a good demonstration.
