The American Diabetes Association (ADA) recommends 30 minutes of moderate activity most days of the week. If you have trouble fitting in 30 minutes of exercise at a time, consider breaking it up into 10-minute segments. It’s best to spread your activity out over at least 3 days during the week and try not to go more than 2 days in a row withou
