Earthquake In A Can

A very simple toy this one; in fact when you open the lid and look inside the can, this is really about as simple as it gets! Attached to the inside of the lid is an elastic band, with a weight at the end. So if you roll the tin across the table, you will wind up the elastic band, and when you stand the tin upright, the elastic band will unwind, and as the weight rattles around, the tin will shake and wobble, just as if there is an earthquake!
