Watercolour Painting using simple wet-on-wet technique.

This watercolour video demonstrates how I start the painting very loosely with the wet-into-wet painting technique covering large areas of the paper quickly as one connected shape. As the paper starts to dry, I slowly build various tonal value shapes still keeping it loose. Till the end of the painting, details are kept to the minimum for a spontaneous and painterly look. Also a limited palette of colours are used in the whole painting process.
