Yoga for BJJ post training stretches! This is a full body stretching routine for people who train Jiu-Jitsu. Yoga for BJJ is such an incredible combination and will bring your Jiu-Jitsu to the next level! I’ve been doing this routine for several years after every single training. Do the entire class and take what works for you to do every single time after training.
I broke down all movements we do a lot in Jiu-Jitsu and focused on those but more importantly also counter-stretches of those body parts to find balance in the body.
This routine works on every body part that you need for your jiu-jitsu training. This routine not only helped me to stay injury free but also progress further in my jiu-jitsu training by increasing mobility, range of motion and flexibility.
