POE Ascendant CWDT Wardloop Cold Version, 140M DPS, 100% suppress, high budget, Easy Ubers

Hi, guys! Here is high budget version of CWDT Wardloop build with 4 cold spells: Ice Spear, Eye of Winter, Freezing Pulse, Frostbolt (or Creeping Frost). 140M Pinnacle DPS, 4 permanent flasks, 1250 ward under flasks, 27% cdr, life, mana, Mind over Matter, 100% spell suppression. This build can stand in Uber Shaper’s beam and tank all purple balls. Good both for mapping and bossing, high movement speed, easy playstyle, just bit annoying sounds of casts, but with lowered sound volume it’s ok, or just turn on some music in background. Build is still vulnerable to phys and chaos hits (especially attacks), so be careful and dodge them, always run around (we can freeze most mobs, so it’s not a problem while mapping).
