Galettes with Ham, Cheese and Egg
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Buckwheat Flour
1/2 cup Flour
5 pcs Eggs
pinch of Salt
300 ml Milk
4 tbsps. Butter
4 slices Ham
100g shredded Cheese
Instructions:
1. Combine buckwheat flour, flour, 1 egg, a pinch of salt and milk together. Whisk until a smooth batter is formed.
2. Prepare 4 sunny side eggs and set aside.
3. In a separate pan melt the butter for the galettes. Pour just enough batter to cover the pan. Rotate using circular motion to create a thin galette. Flip on the other side and top with 1 slice ham, shredded cheese and sunny side egg. Cook for 1 minute.
4. Transfer to a plate and fold the edges. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
5. Repeat with remaining batter with ham, cheese and eggs.
